Services

Which service suits your situation?

Vaste Hulp De Kempen offers household help for private homes and business cleaning. Start by choosing the service that suits your premises and the work needed.

A PGB/Wmo arrangement, another payer or a different client may be relevant afterwards. It does not change which service fits your request.

A different business request?

Do you have another type of business premises or a tailored request? Let us assess practical feasibility first; this is not an automatic commitment.

PGB/Wmo

Household support through PGB/Wmo

For household help in a private home, PGB/Wmo can be a suitable route. This concerns light and regular household tasks, such as keeping living spaces clean, vacuuming, mopping, sanitary areas, kitchens and dusting.

Vaste Hulp De Kempen does not assess entitlement, an indication, budget or reimbursement. After approval and a suitable care agreement, we assess whether the location, tasks, planning and conditions are practical.

Suitability

What do we consider before a request moves forward?

This first assessment is deliberately high-level. The service page and How it works page give more detail afterwards.

The service

Does the requested work fit household help for private homes or regular business cleaning?

Location and planning

Is the location within the current service area, and are the practical arrangements and timing suitable?

The route, where relevant

Where another payer, client or funding route is involved, we assess that context separately.

Service area

The location is part of the first assessment too

The current service area is maintained centrally. The location of a request is always considered as part of practical suitability.

How it works

Would you like to know what happens after your first request?

The How it works page explains how a request is assessed, when practical arrangements are discussed and when a possible start may be considered.

Next step

Know which service fits? You can then ask us to assess availability

An availability check is a first assessment of fit and premises. It is not a booking, automatic acceptance or a guarantee of a start date.
