Choose the route that best matches your situation
The form should feel clear for different visitors. A private household, a small business and a PGB/Wmo request do not need the same kind of review.
Household help at home
For normal household tasks in a private home, such as vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms or kitchens, dusting or changing bed linen.
Small business cleaning
For small offices, salons, practices, shops, waiting rooms and other manageable business spaces.
PGB/Wmo household support
For practical household support when PGB or Wmo approval is already clear and a care agreement is available or can be arranged before work starts.
What we need to check
A short but clear request is usually enough for a first review. We mainly need to understand the type of help, the location, the preferred timing and whether there are any practical details that may affect the planning.
